All of these codes must be entered at the Character Select Screen.
Highlight character in the upper-left orner of the screen. Now do any one of these codes to get the secret sharacters as shown:
Sumo Santa: While holding 
, press LK, MK, HK, HP, MP, LP. The Santa icon will appear in the lower-left box.
Super Move:

Dr. Kiln: While holding the , press LP, MP, HP, HK, MK, LK. The Dr. Kitn icon will appear in the lower-middle box.
