Video game development studio and publisher, a subsidiary of Warner Bros., created from the ashes of the Atari company. In 1996, it was sold to WMS Industries and became a subsidiary of Midway Games. The studio was renamed Midway Games West, Inc. in 1999 and ceased operations in 2003.
