The development studio Beam Software Pty., Ltd. and their Nintendo 64 games
Australian development studio founded in 1980 as a subsidiary of publisher Melbourne House. In 1997, the studio bought back the name Melbourne House, which was taken over by Virgin Interactive in 1987 and adopted this name for all of its operations. Infogrames acquired the company two years later but sold it to Krome Studios in 2006. The studio became Krome Studios Melbourne and closed in 2010.
