The development studio Midway Games, Inc. and their Nintendo 64 games

American development studio founded in 1988 under the name WMS Games, it became famous with the release of Mortal Kombat. Originally it operated as a subsidiary of WMS Industries and gained its independence in 1998. It is one of the most prolific developers on Nintendo 64. It ceases its activities in February 2009 after several years of financial difficulties.
