The development studio Midway Home Entertainment, Inc. and their Nintendo 64 games

Company founded in 1986 under the name Tradewest, it was acquired in 1994 by WMS Industries and renamed Williams Entertainment. Two years later, the company was sold to Midway Games, of which it became the subsidiary dedicated to publishing games on consoles and took its final name. It closed its doors in 2009 when the parent company went bankrupt.
