American development studio founded in 1988 under the name Beyond Software, it changed its name in 1991 to Stormfront Studios. It is famous for its participation in the development of the first MMORPG, Neverwinter Nights, in 1997. Then, the studio worked for various publishers on games for consoles. However, the company had to file for bankruptcy in March 2008 and closed its doors.
