Brazilian company subsidiary of Nintendo to officially publish the company's games in Brazil, it was a joint venture with Manufatura de Brinquedos Estrela, a toy maker, and Gradiente. When the first retired from the video game industry in 1996, the company changed its name to Gradiente Entertainment Ltda. and only takes care of the distribution of the games, leaving the publishing of them to other companies.
